did you know that you can actually do that? ballet your ass off? or up, if you want to get technical. pure barre is a 55 minute long class-style workout that combines yoga, pilates and of course, ballet. pure barre, as a company, claims to lift, tone, and firm and after my fifth class, oh… i feel the firm. this isn’t a great class for weight loss, you don’t sweat that much. its for becoming more toned then super thin. but, five pure barre classes a week combined with cardio thirty minutes a day three times a week, I’m seeing results. my boo-tay is looking higher, my legs leaner, and my arms thinner. i am LOVING pure barre. its a little expensive, but for the body that i will eventually achieve, it’s more then worth it.
